Details

This guidance brings together a range of case study examples illustrating how local planning authorities (LPAs), developers and others are working together to deliver planning obligations effectively.

The aim of the guidance is to provide LPAs and anyone carrying out development (‘developers’) with practical tools and methods to help improve the development, negotiation and implementation of planning obligations. The guidance will also be of interest to others involved in the obligations process, such as solicitors and consultants.
