Summary

This study was commissioned to update an earlier study that examined the number of planning obligation agreements entered into in England in 2003-04 and estimated their value. This study covers the years 2005-06 and uses the same methodology as the earlier study to allow comparison of figures and identification of the drivers of change.

The findings and recommendations in this report are those of the consultant authors and do not necessarily represent the views or proposed policies of Communities and Local Government.
