This guidance explains the scope and intended effect of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Mineral Permissions and Amendment) (England) Regulations 2008 which apply environmental impact assessment to reviews of mineral planning permissions not covered by the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and makes additional provisions applying to all reviews of mineral permissions. The guidance applies only to mineral permissions in England.
