Summary

They replace Appendix 2B of Annex 2 of Planning Policy Statement 23: Planning and Pollution Control (PPS23) and paragraphs 56 to 59 of Appendix A of Circular 11/95: Use of conditions in planning permission which are hereby cancelled.Order
