Summary

This technical paper summaries the Department's approach to forecasting the demand for aggregates. This report explains the modelling and forecasting process undertaken in preparing the national and regional guidelines for the provision of aggregates and the subsequent monitoring of these guidelines (as presented in the annual monitoring reports).
