This publication has been produced by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM) in collaboration with the Valuation Office Agency (VOA). It provides a summary of hereditament, floorspace and rateable value statistics for non-domestic property in England and Wales as at 1st April 2005. The information comes from the administrative databases used by the VOA in the process of assessing the rateable value of non-domestic property in England and Wales.
