This interim report is output number 213489 of the Communities and Local Government project, "Collection of Data on New Build Dwellings", contract reference BD2439, part of the Communities and Local Government Framework Agreement CI 1/40/5 "Building Occupant Interaction". It presents the feasibility of a further project in collecting data on the compliance of Post Part M Dwellings. It covers the three parts of the project, the literature review, the consultations and the meeting held with the client on 6 February 2004.
