This circular provides a guide to the use classes order as amended by Statutory Instrument 2005 No 85.

Although this circular gives guidance amounting to an interpretation of the order, only the courts can interpret the law authoritatively.

This circular replaces circular 13/1987, which gave advice on the 1987 use classes order.
