Summary
Local delivery is key to reducing re-offending. The new cross-government public service agreement (PSAs) targets will ensure better alignment of regional and local delivery priorities for re-offending including serious offending. Reducing adult and youth re-offending will be aligned with wider crime reduction objectives for the first time under the Safer Communities PSA.
