When making byelaws councils should use this model byelaw set and adapt it as required. The accompanying guidance notes should be consulted when using these model byelaws.

This model set includes byelaws on:

• protection of the ground, its wildlife and the public
• horses, cycles and vehicles
• play areas, games and sports
• waterways
• model aircraft
