Summary

The Sustainable Communities Act 2007 places a requirement on the Secretary of State to make arrangements for the production of Local Spending Reports. On 20 February 2009 we launched a consultation on the first arrangements. The first phase of the consultation focused on the first arrangements and was made up of two questions. This consultation response document deals with these questions. A separate response will be published following the second phase which closes on 15 May 2009.
