Summary

The purpose of the Report is to take stock of progress in the second year of the NPS (2005). It is underpinned by results of the evaluation of the Local Government Procurement Agenda, undertaken by INLOGOV at the University of Birmingham. The report also provides an update on current developments on policies, initiatives and programmes that have a particularly close relationship with the NPS.
