Summary

This document summaries the responses to the consultation on the draft directions proposed to be given by the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government to social housing regulator (known as TSA) under section 197 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 ("the 2008 Act").

A complete set of detailed responses are also available to download (below). Please note that the images have been compressed to minimise both file size and download time.

The final direction to the Tenant Services Authority relating to registered providers has been published and is also available for download below.  The Government will formally make the direction relating to local authority landlords at a later date, subject to the necessary powers being granted by Parliament.
