Summary

This study was commissioned jointly by ODPM (now Communities and Local Government) and DfT to give Government and local partners an overview of the development options in the London Stansted Cambridge Peterborough growth area and in particular to consider the relationship between transport and development. It aims to provide a consistent analysis across the growth area of all the significant sustainable development options, and the transport improvements they would require.
