The good practice guide Managing Unauthorised Camping was originally published in February 2004. It was intended to be updated when consultation on the new provisions introduced in the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 (amending the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994) was complete. This consultation has now ended, and this supplement provides guidance on the new provisions.
