Summary

This review has been commissioned to consider the range of options available for the regulation of social housing activities. The content of the review document will be of most interest (but not limited) to:

  • Social housing residents and tenant organisations
  • Housing charities
  • Housing associations and their trade bodies
  • Local authorities and representative bodies
  • Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMOs) and trade body
  • Housing management providers
  • Private housing developers and National Housebuilders Federation
  • Council of Mortgage Lenders and main lenders to the Registered Social Landlord's sector
  • Chartered Institute of Housing
  • Government Departments
  • Other regulatory bodies with an interest in Housing Corporation regulation.
