This is the second edition of the Housing Surveys Bulletin from the Housing and Communities Analysis Division of Communities and Local Government.

This bulletin:

• announces the publication of the 2006 English House Condition Survey (EHCS) Headline Report and provides a summary of these results
• provides key points from the recently published Survey of English Housing (SEH) Preliminary Results 2006-07 and its reporting timetable
• provides an update on the development of the English Housing Survey (EHS).
