Summary

The consultation on the Growth Fund closed on the 7 July 2008, and a Government response has now been published. This guidance note has been prepared in line with the Government response, and seeks to assist the existing Growth Points and Growth Areas to revise their Programmes of Development in order to confirm indicative allocations from the Growth Fund for 2009/10 and 2010/11, and to bid for additional funding made available from the Growth Fund for the same period. The guidance will also assist the second round Growth Points and the additional London Borough in producing Programmes of Development for the first time.
