Summary

The 5 year housing plan, Homes for All ? published in January 2005 - sets out the Government's plans for taking forward its Choice Based Lettings (CBL) policy.

Bid instruction sheet

Information should be provided under each of the headings set out. Examples of what should be included in bids are given where appropriate.

Applicants should study the bidding guidance carefully as this contains important information and advice about the scope and content of bids.

Bids should be no more than 4 pages in length, and although supporting information may be provided if it is felt necessary it should not usually be
included.

One copy of the bid should be sent by no later than 29 September 2006 to the relevant Government Office (details supplied in covering letter) and one copy to the address below:
