Chapter 4 of Part 6 of the Housing Act 2004 includes a provision which introduces a schedule of measures designed to increase the effectiveness of the Relevant Authority's powers to regulate Registered Social Landlords. The Relevant Authority in this context is the Housing Corporation in England and the National Assembly for Wales in Wales.
