A summary of the consultation responses received by Communities and Local Government regarding the Operational Assessment of Service Delivery Toolkit and Guidance. The Operational Assessment of Service Delivery is one of two aspects of the Audit Commission's Service Assessment of Fire and Rescue Authorities and is being undertaken by Communities and Local Government. The final version of the Toolkit took account of the consultation responses and was published on 6 July 2006. It provides guidance to Fire and Rescue Authorities on how to complete their self assessment and how to score evidence.
