This publication is the third in a series of four reports resulting from a Communities and Local Government-led study into the Legislative Base for Integrated Risk Management Planning. This study was divided into three Phases and the findings from Phase 3 are presented here. This Phase reviewed and compared the findings from Phases 1 and 2 so as to explore potential shortfalls in the knowledge base surveyed by each of these Phases. Potential risks arising from such shortfalls are assessed.
