This publication is the second in a series of three reports resulting from a Communities and Local Government-led study into the Legislative Base for Integrated Risk Management Planning. This study was divided into three phases and the findings from Phase 2 are presented here. This Phase involved surveying and assessing the range of legislation, regulations, codes and guidance that could be considered relevant when drafting an IRMP.
