This publication is the first in a series of three reports resulting from a Communities and Local Government-led study into the Legislative Base for Integrated Risk Management Planning. This study was divided into three Phases and the findings from Phase 1 are presented here. This Phase involved surveying a range of stakeholders in order to gauge the range of legislation and guidance considered when drafting an IRMP.
