This guidance has been prepared jointly by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and the Welsh Assembly Government to inform and guide those with key roles in planning for, and responding to, incidents requiring the exercise of a site clearance capability.

It reflects the current legislative framework and brings together information on best practice in site clearance planning and response.
