This circular gives guidance to Fire and Rescue Authorities (FRAs) and the Fire and Rescue Service National Co-ordination Centre (FRSNCC) on the mobilisation and deployment of urban search and rescue (USAR) resources supplied to the Fire and Rescue Service (FRS) by the New Dimension Programme. It also details the composition of deployments and provides information to assist their integration into the Incident Command System.
