Summary
This consultation seeks views on a proposed Centre of Excellence (CoE) for the FRS in England. It sets out proposals for the role and functions of the CoE, its likely costs and funding arrangements, and the status and governance of the new organisation. A CoE will only succeed if it has the support, including financial support, of the FRS and other key stakeholders. The outcome of the consultation will help to determine the level of that support and how these proposals are taken forward.
