Summary

The New Deal for Communities Programme has been the most intensive and enduring area-based initiative aimed at tackling the issues faced by deprived neighbourhoods to date. NDC Partnerships, as they approach the end of the 10-year grant-funded period, are seeking to find sustainable ways to continue supporting change in their neighbourhoods. This research reviews the experiences of case study partnerships in developing appropriate arrangements for succession.
