Summary

Three criteria were used to determine eligibility for the Working Neighbourhoods Fund (WNF). The third criteron was based on the calculation of a benefit and employment rate index. The Excel spreadsheet below explains what data was used and provides the final results of this index. The PDF/Word document explains the process followed to determine how much funding each WNF authority would receive.
