Summary

This report presents findings from research commissioned in order to understand the drivers of Black and Asian people's perceptions of racial discrimination in eight key public services. The report sets out the factors that contribute to perceptions of discrimination or fairness. It concludes with a range of recommendations, based on the respondents' suggestions, on how to ensure that public services are perceived to be fair. The summary report is also available via a link on the right hand side.
