Live Tables on Commercial and Industrial Floorspace and Rateable Value Statistics

These tables have been produced by Communities and Local Government in collaboration with the Valuation Office Agency (VOA). They provide summary statistics on the floorspace and rateable value of non-domestic properties in England and Wales at 1 April 2008. The information comes from databases used by VOA in the process of assessing the rateable value of non-domestic property in England and Wales.  

Statistics for local authorities (LAs) and Super Output Areas are available from Neighbourhood Statistics (external link), a part of the Office for National Statistics (ONS).
