Live Tables on Commercial and Industrial Floorspace and Rateable Value Statistics 2007

These tables have been produced by Communities and Local Government in collaboration with the Valuation Office Agency (VOA). They provide summary statistics on the floorspace and rateable value of non-domestic properties in England and Wales at 1 April 2007. The information comes from databases used by VOA in the process of assessing the rateable value of non-domestic property in England and Wales.
