Planning Obligations research reports

Planning obligations are legal agreements between a planning authority and a developer, or undertakings offered unilaterally by a developer, that ensure that certain extra works related to a development are undertaken.

The findings and recommendations in these reports are those of the consultant authors and do not necessarily represent the views or proposed policies of Communities and Local Government.
