Planning Policy Guidance 17: Planning for Open Space, Sport and Recreation
Planning Policy Guidance 17 (PPG17) sets out the policies needed to be taken into account by regional planning bodies in the preparation of Regional Planning Guidance and by local planning authorities in the preparation of development plans.
This replaces Planning Policy Guidance 17 published in 1991.
