BINDT operate their scheme as follows:
- Individuals belonging to the BINDT L1A Dwelling Air Tightness part of the scheme can carry out tests only on dwellings.
- Organisations which are members of the Air Tightness Testing and Measurement Association (ATTMA) and belonging to the BINDT L2A part of the scheme can carry out testing on any type of building.
Sanitary conveniences, washing facilities or bathrooms in a dwelling
Installation of a sanitary convenience, washing facility or bathroom in a dwelling which does not involve work on shared or underground drainage.
