Financial framework for a unitary authority for part/s of existing county area/s

Proposals for unitary status must have a completed financial framework to help in the analysis of the likely costs. Councils submitting a proposal for a unitary authority based on part(s) of an existing county area(s) should complete this framework.

Urgent update: Corrections to spreadsheet (19 January 2007)

The updated partial county area framework corrects five errors identified in the linking and summing of cells in the Summary and supporting sheets. These have now been corrected.

Authorities that have not already completed the spreadsheets will wish to download the updated version below.

Authorities that have already completed an earlier version of the spreadsheets are under no obligation to transfer data to this updated spreadsheet. Instead please email your spreadsheet to lgr-finreturn@uk.pwc.com where the correction will be made and the spreadsheet returned to you.
