Publications
Since the launch of the local:vision debate in July 2004, the Department has produced a range of publications to help shape the debate on the future of local government.
The debate has now cumulated in the form of a White Paper published on 26 October 2006 entitled Strong and Prosperous Communities - The Local Government White Paper, which draws together the results and discussions of the local:vision debate.
The White Paper and associated documents published alongside the White Paper can be accessed below.
