EU Procurement Directives Statistical Returns
Communities and Local Government is required to collect information from public authorities for each contract awarded in a calendar year where the actual or estimated value is above the threshold of the EU Regulations for the given year. This is a legal requirement, not a matter for discretion.This information is collected and forwarded to the European Commission via the Office of Government Commerce (OGC).
