Publications about the Survey of English Housing
Housing in England is the annual report based principally on the Survey of English Housing. It contains detailed analyses, commentary, over 200 data tables and charts and a full technical description of the survey.
A preliminary report of initial findings is published before the annual report. This report is sometimes referred to as provisional when, due to technical issues associated with grossing, the results presented are subject to revision in the full annual report.
Further details on grossing and other technical issues can be found in the appendices of Housing in England (relevant to the year selected).
Occasionally separate reports are published, based on SEH data. These reports and the main Housing in England report are available below.
