Rent Deposit Monitoring Schema (REDMOS)
In order to monitor and evaluate implementation of the Housing Act 2004 requirement for national rent deposit schemes Communities and Local Government is specifying the data that the national contractors must provide. This will be point data and will be defined in an XML Schema to be developed in partnership with the contractors after award of contract.
