Regulations
Communities and Local Government announced on 18 July 2006 that the mandatory items of a Home Information Pack would be the Energy Performance Certificate, searches and other legal documents.
Please note: the 2006 Regulations and 'Procedural Guidance' for the 2006 regulations have since been superseded by the 2007 Regulations. They can be found under the Publications section of the Home Information Pack website (external link).
