Procurement Pack Update [External link]
The best practise procurement pack for the Fire and Rescue and Police Service is now nearing completion. This piece of guidance being produced by the Public, Private, Partnerships Programme (4 ps), will provide all the necessary documentation for FRS PFI projects as well as background and explanatory text. It is aimed at improving the efficiency of PFI procurement by benchmarking best practise and lessons learnt from previous projects.
