Arson research bulletins
Social research relating to arson is in support of the Arson Control Forum, the government-led multi-agency body set up in 2001 to take forward the Government's fight against arson.
Research topics include the effectiveness of local arson reduction partnerships, fire and social exclusion, vehicle arson, interventions with young firesetters and arsonists, and the reasons behind the late 1990s growth in vehicle arson.
