FRS Online website
FRS Online is a website which provides accessible information about the modernisation of the fire and rescue service. It explains new policies that are being brought in on a national level, and reports on the work being done locally to deliver these policies.
FRS Online complements the award-winning FRS newsletter and is aimed at firefighters and others in the fire and rescue service who are implementing and being affected by changes.
The site gives holistic coverage of the modernisation programme in a concise and lively style. In addition, the site provides handy links to the FRS Newsletters and Circulars that are published on the main Communities and Local Government site (also available via the links on the right).
The main content is contained in the sections on People, Prevention, Resilience, Partnership, and Performance. There is also a Publications section, which includes FRS Newsletters and Circulars, and Links to other relevant sites.
