Appraisal and evaluation guidance
The following documents provide guidance to assist in project appraisal (assessing what actions the public sector should take) and evaluation (determining how successful the actions have been). The '3Rs guidance' is specifically written to assist those assessing the impacts of spatial interventions. The remaining documents are guidance for assessing the merits of all government interventions.
