Advice on when to make a nomination.
Don't leave it too late to make a nomination. It is unlikely that an award will be considered for someone who will no be doing the work for which they are being recommended when the Honours List is published. However, an exception can be made if the person concerned is only just giving up the work. If you have any questions about this, please contact the Honours Secretary.
