Collecting data
We have developed and refined our data collection system over several years. It takes the form of an annual questionnaire, which is sent out, completed and returned almost entirely electronically. The data is then used in the Department's contribution to the Sustainable Development in Government annual report, the Department's own published annual report, as well as briefing Ministers and senior officials on progress and performance.
