Technical notes on performance measurement against the 2005-2008 PSA targets. Published January 2005.
Our performance targets for the spending review period 2005 - 2008 were published in the PSA White Paper on 12 July 2004 and can be found on this site by following the links below.Each target is underpinned by a technical note setting out exactly how progress will be measured, using which indicators, and what we have to achieve in order that the target is assessed as met. These Technical notes were published in January 2005.
