Staff Surveys
Communities and Local Government ran its 2007 staff survey in three tranches during the course of the year. Staff had the opportunity to have their say about the Department and how their working life could be improved.
Around one third of the Department's staff were surveyed in each tranche with everyone having the chance to participate over the course of the year.
The surveys were conducted by Ipsos MORI. The results have been helping to inform the further development of management and leadership practice in the department.
