Local Government Performance Indicator on Preventing Violent Extremism
Local authorities work in building resilience to violent extremism will be measured, as previously announced, as part of the National Indicator Set, through National Indicator 35 'Building resilience to violent extremism'.
Full details of how the indicator should be measured can be found at 'National Indicators for Local Authorities and Local Authority Partnerships: Handbook of Definitions'.
The Indicator requires local authorities to assess their work against the framework attached below.
