Commercial leasing: choice and flexibility
The Government is encouraging the property industry to provide more choice and flexibility for tenants occupying commercial property. A new document - The Code for Leasing Business Premises - has been launched and is the result of pan-industry discussion between industry and Government representatives which it is hoped will promote efficiency and fairness in landlord and tenant relationships.
